Ringmaster

Active Ability: Instant Ringmaster shines a spotlight that sweeps an area. Enemies in the light have a chance to miss their attacks and are revealed if invisible. Non-permanent pieces and illusion pieces hit by the beam will fade away, by taking a Pure damage equal to a percentage of their health each second.
